Stroke rehabilitation is physiotherapy after a stroke to regain movement, balance, and daily function. At Thera360, Dr. Hyma uses NDT-Bobath handling, PNF, task-specific practice, and gait and balance retraining, with family carry-over so progress continues at home. The plan is graded to your severity and reviewed with your neurologist.
We check movement, tone, balance, and how you manage daily tasks, then set goals that matter to you. The plan is graded to your severity, and we share findings with your neurologist.
Sessions use NDT-Bobath handling and PNF to guide better movement, alongside task-specific practice and gait and balance retraining for the activities you want back.
We teach the people who help you safe handling and a short home routine, so the work continues between visits and progress is not limited to the clinic.

Dr. Hyma completed an NDT-Bobath Stroke Rehabilitation workshop (Indian Academy of NDT-Bobath, 2016) and a PNF intensive (2023).
Stroke recovery is shared care. Physiotherapy is one part of it. We work alongside your neurologist, who leads your medical management, and where needed we coordinate with a speech therapist or occupational therapist and share notes. We do not provide speech or occupational therapy in-house.
How our care network worksIt varies by the stroke and its severity, so we will tell you what is realistic for you at the first visit, not on the website. The work is ongoing and we review progress with your neurologist.
No one can promise a level of recovery. Physiotherapy works toward regaining movement, balance, and daily function, and we are honest about what each stage is showing.
Yes. We teach the people who help you safe handling and a short home routine, so progress continues between sessions and not only in the clinic.
