Dr. Hymavathi Polisetti, Hyma to her patients, founded Thera360 (The Physio Habitat) in Ramanayyapeta, Kakinada. She sees every patient herself, from the first assessment through discharge. The physiotherapist who meets you on day one runs every visit after.
Most people show clear progress in 8 to 12 weeks. Some need longer. We will tell you which on the first visit, not on the website.

A 30-minute assessment: movement, history, your concerns. Minimal paperwork.
On paper by the end of the week: what we will do, how often, and what to expect.
Same time slot every week. Forty-five minutes per session, with Dr. Hyma each time.
When goals are met. You leave with a closing report and a home maintenance plan.
